Ali Bunow Korane: Garissa County Governor,
Ethics & Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has launched a purge on Garissa county government over irregular employment.
Garissa county governor Ali Korone who has questionable academic qualifications is now under investigation by EACC for employing key senior county official with fake academic papers.
Over 400 county employees are currently under investigations, and 10 among them have already had their salaries stopped indefinitely after scrutiny on there academic papers was launched.
The 10 employees who held the Director position are now jobless and relaying on Ali Korone for handouts after the governor promised to pay them from his salary until there fate is determined. Ghost posts EACC has moved in to stop the salary of top blue eyes county cowboys staff.
The staff are under investigation for possessing fake academic papers which illegally earned them permanent jobs at the corrupt ridden county government.
Even the position they are hold is not in the county administration structure.
EACC directed County Secretary to remove the following staff from the bloated payroll.
They include Abdirashid Hussein aalias, Faiza Sadiq, Omar Bardash, a Mr Roble and Nairobi based lady protocol . More updates to follow.
