Donor fraudster John Kabuchi must be stopped from taking over at KEMSA

John Kabuchi, In the international development community, those that make good terms of reference for research proposals are often celebrated. If one is good to utilize donor funds in a reckless manner in repetitive and wasteful research proposals, he becomes a donor darling. This is the world of John Kabuchi; a celebrated donor darling who is fond of looting donor funds. Mr Kibuchi is deep into the world of international development wastefulness, such that the Jubilee Government, has proposed to have him head the corrupt Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA). In the appointment, they have seen an ally for two things. First, he will attract more money from the bilateral and multilateral donors, without question, since they like him. Secondly, he will plunder that money with reckless abandon knowing that his name is a beacon for 'good proposals' on the international development circles, and he can get away with it. One thing is for sure, the man that stole global funds that were meant for HIV/AIDS fight doesn't have any moral compass left inside him. Though the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), The World Bank and some other donors hold him in high regard, Kenyans should stop him before he takes over and runs down KEMSA.
