The Makueni senator had quoted a tweet from the official Judiciary account with a statement that read "Just in case anyone thought the CJ will be a pushover" in reference to the statement issued by Chief Justice Martha Koome after the swearing-in of the 34 judges. The Kenyan responded to Mutula Kilonzo's tweet by saying " Unaongea vibaya na kama sio viagra hungechaguliwa" in reference to a popular allegation that his father Mutula Kilonzo died of Viagra overdose.
