Kipchoge misses the Head of State Commendation (HSC) award Apart from denying Eliud Kipchoge any honors and giving the same to Slayqueen, Murderers, lowlifes and cartels, the country currently led by the Kenyattas made sure that Kipchoge's crowning moment was done in darkness.
