In our earlier article, we revealed that frustrated county health workers contracted by the Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) are up in arms against the General Badi-led entity for failing to execute promised promotions despite Sh538 million being set aside for that purpose.
Speaking to this blog on Wednesday, 8 June, one of the afflicted staffers directly blamed the Director of Health Dr Ouma Oluga for the unresolved mess after it emerged that the former KMPDU Secretary General played a major role in the diversion of the funds to satisfy his personal interests.

Dr Ouma Oluga forgets that he is in a public institution funded by the taxpayers and not his mother's kiosk but the arrogance of an idiot in access to ambulance-chasing lawyers cannot let him see that and understand that.
Dr Ouma Oluga also forgets that this blog and the editor of this site was at the forefront of fighting for doctors and seriously opposed their jailing by starting top trending hashtags and putting pressure on the system to free them. But now that he is in the system, he won't see that. Ouma Oluga was imprisoned by the system at one time. He has forgotten that and now that he is in power, he is trampling on the same people he once "fought for". It is normally not our position to respond to ambulance-chasing lawyers who extort individuals, lying to them that they can bully Nyakundi into silence because Nyakundi has nothing to lose. He is not answerable to any power and only seeks to inform Kenyans about the information sent to him anonymously.
But for the people this website exposes, they are answerable to their shareholders, to the regulators, to the laws of the land, to their clients and to posterity.
