My Name is" (hidden), " I work at DHL gateway facility at the airport. Last time you aired about the challenges face by sta and I can assure you Mr. Mutuma Andrew acted and made things good, thanks for that.
However, lately we are facing a lot of challenges with the gateway manager Consolata Nzomo, the lady has turned us into Saudi Arabia house girls, abusing and intimidating us; she has even gone to the extent of firing some of my workmates.
This lady is driven by emotions and once he hates you, your life at DHL is over. We no longer work at ease, for the last 7 months, she has sacked a lot of people.
She is very petty, if one dresses better than her, she says you are competing with her; you can even get fired for that.
It is a hell-hole as some senior male managers harass us every day, if he seduces you and you refuse, then your survival chances at DHL are minimal. We are currently at a point where we just show up for work, no motivation whatsoever; as long as the day is over.
We feel like we are never appreciated.
