Director General National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) Mr George Njao The online account that motorists use to access the services of the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has been down for quite a while slowing business and putting motorists on edge. “Hello TIMS account has been down for months now very hard for car dealers to do business can you address the issue,” one user wrote. A simple search of the words NTSA TIMS on social media gives back a litany of complaints. According to sources, the old TIMS account which was a donation from Chinese firm HUAWEI was pulled down, forcing NTSA to look for a new one, which after it was installed locked out fraudulent activities and as such staff have sabotaged the system.
