The management of a Danish NGO has been exposed for impunity and lawlessness.
The NGO which goes by the name 4Life Solutions operates from KOFISI is accused of a number of times among them non-remittance of statutory deductions to KRA, NSSF and NHIF.
"4Life solutions, employs Kenyans as remote workers so that they do not fall under the employment act but later forcing them to work in the Office as full-time employees without paying for NSSF, NHIF or KRA," a source stated.
