Writing to this blog on the morning of Friday, July 1, a frustrated passenger told us it left her heavily dismayed when she showed up at the John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport on Wednesday, June 21, the scheduled day for her flight back home, only to be rudely informed that the departure date had been changed to the following day. Out of options, most of the travelling group agreed to return to the airport on Thursday, June 30, as instructed by KQ personnel. Little...
