Forget about the 63 Billion dam scandal. This is the biggest cartel by name Ednah Rotich, the sister to the scandalous finance CS, Henry Rotich.
She runs a crippled events company called rose and rosses which operates majorly on Nandi, Uasingishu and Elgeiyo Marakwet county.
The lady is known for riding on the Finance CS name to win events tenders, demean genuine competitors and mistreat/under pay her staff.
She has held hostage county governments and parastatals to remain monopolistic in all events tender awards. As if that's not enough, the "untouchable" woman is at the forefront at evading tax, according to KRA records, she lied that her income is Ksh 15,000 despite syphoning millions from the lose county government procurement departments.
We are asking for EACC and DPP to investigate her bully business and her bank accounts as a lot of government tender kickbacks have been channelled and looted through her.
