This has been the situation since the expiry of Agnes Odhiambo in April. The three month acting term also came to an end on Monday 25th of November. Opranya added that this has led to inability to withdraw funds from the Revenue Accounts. President Uhuru Kenyatta nominated Margret Nyakango on November 19 to take over from Odhiambo. Nyakango is still waiting to be vetted by the Finance and National Planning before she is approved by...
