This site has received information concerning the advertisement of tender for Redevelopment Of Ngong Road Phase Ii Estate Within Nairobi City County Through Joint Venture Partnership by the Nairobi City Government. The problem is that the time given for preparation of tender documents is very brief and this raises eyebrows. One, has the tender already been awarded such that this is just a formality? Two, who is going to benefit from this tender? Three, how are the potential companies supposed to prepare for such a big construction project complete with drawings at such a short time? The Nairobi County Governor, Mike Sonko should stop playing with people's minds and set the record straight. One cannot claim that they are fighting corruption...
