It is hard to come about any good news about Royal Mabati. Out of 10 product reviews, 8.5 are always negative.

I am writing concerning this much-hyped Royal Mabati Company limited and the corporate fraud that it is.
The company has been all over social media advertising its products and how they can deliver the Mabati within 10 days but what they do is the opposite, let me speak on my behalf and that of a colleague, we ordered our Mabati in late January but we are yet to receive the deliveries.
The worst thing with this company is lies and rudeness.
First, you have to purchase the Mabati through the sales agents who once you pay the money they are done with you and can no longer pick your calls, in fact in Royal, they do not give sale receipts to customers.
After you get desperate enough you call their clueless customer service representatives who keep offering false hopes that your Mabati will be delivered either on weekend or on Tuesdays, to no avail.
When this failed we had to visit their factory in Athi River where we realized that hundreds of other disgruntled customers who had their orders as early as December not delivered. After two days trying to get our complaints through, we were told that the particular colour of Mabati we had ordered (in January) was out of stock and we have to wait for another two weeks.
The Big issue here is that we have incurred huge losses and have do redo the roofs of our houses again since it is a rainy season in South Rift Kenya.
Please let this company not continue deceiving Kenyans again, in fact, the company has so many complaints that it should no longer be operational.
