Some Student teachers at Rubate TTC in Chuka are/will not be allowed to be externally assessed in teaching practice just because they have fee arrears. This is happening in most colleges and the government must come out clear. How do you deny a student a chance to do his final assessment only for them to get results which says CRNM(course requirement not met)? This assessment was supposed to be done before PTE, but due to Corona issues it was postponed. It is very discouraging. Now just imagine that they have prepared 2 lists one with the ones with 0 balance. And these are the ones to be...
