Peter Kagwi's Mysterious Death Shakes Legal Community The Law Society of Kenya ( LSK ) Nairobi Branch confirmed Kagwi’s death in an official statement. LSK Nairobi chair Eric Kivuva described him as a passionate professional who loved his work. “We are deeply saddened by the passing of Peter Kagwi of Kagwi Githuku and Company Advocates. He was a dedicated lawyer, known for his advocacy in mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method,” Kivuva stated.
Kagwi was not just a lawyer. He had a keen interest in political leadership, business, continuous learning, and spiritual growth. Those who knew him described him as a problem solver who always radiated joy.
His firm, Kagwi Githuku & Company Advocates, had been operational since September 2023. According to his LinkedIn profile, he was also training as a Certified Secretary under KASNEB.
The late Kagwi also served as a Youth Leader and Discipleship Facilitator at DICC All Saints Community Chapel in Ruai, Nairobi.
