A court case is brewing pitting businessman Udbi Yaheye Haji against Tayo Property Management Company Limited.

The businessman is accusing the construction firm of locking him out of his land and property. Hi Nyakundi, The case is about parties to a joint venture project. One provided the land and the other is undertaking construction. The building is almost complete and one party decided to lock out the other. The court has granted access to the premises to all parties more specifically for the construction workers and management team as the matter is resolved through arbitration The OCS is in total disregard of the court order which was to be enforced by the OCS pangani. She has asked police at the station not to help in enforcement. The interest of the party with the court order is for construction to continue since they suffer heavy losses and penalties on all days construction has stalled It is believed the OCPD has been pocketed by one party
