When the victim showed up at the police station, they blatantly refused to write down the offense in the Occurrence Book (OB) and simply brushed him off. A source privy to the matter says that the resident is the third casualty of frequent attacks by the same dog in a span of a few weeks. Officers from the Nairobi City County have also been faulted for ignoring multiple calls to impound the dog. Suspicions are rife that the wealthy owner has compromised the County Askaris with fat brown envelopes...
