They say Kenya is a great country but they've sold it to foreigners. They continue to sell it through degrading and questionable adverts. All the adverts that are done by Magical Kenya to attract the meagre numbers of tourists is done as if Kenya is still in pre-colonial period.
What this then does is to attract the worst; racist, pedophiles and homosexuals.
They also say Kenya is a great Tech destination, but the govt’s agenda on the startups in this sector is miserable, they have none, so they hold a begging bowl out that allows foreigners to come shaft our youths, as if KRA, Business licenses and politicians haven’t done enough damage.
Now, information reaching nyakundireport.com is about a Finnish (from Finland) firm known as EkoRent which manages a transport services firm called Nopea in Kenya. First crime Nopea is a local startup whose founder partnered with a foreigner named Juha Soujasen from Finland.
Juha, who is a co-director at the firm is said to have orchestrated the suspension of his partner after he raised questions about financial impropriety and indecent acts at the firm.
What the Finn guy has done is essentially steal someone’s company from them. Soujasen further wrote emails intending to tarnish the reputation of his co-director.

“I am aware that my co director Mr Juha Suojanen has orchestrated false, malicious and libellous communication to you to the effect that I have been relieved of my role as Country Director for EkoRent Africa because of underperforming and "stealing company money" among other allegations”, stated the email in part.
Still pegging on Kenya’s advert as a land of primitive people, the foreigners that come here do all manner of illegal things and get away with it because of a very corrupt system of governance.
Armed with money, most foreigners pay huge sums of cash to the Department of Immigration officials who give them work permits illegally, extend their tourist visas and get them off the hook easily once they commit crime. “Early last week I requested the Investment and Management Board of EkoRent Africa Limited to investigate Juha's role on potential financial impropriety and unethical behavior”, the email stated in part.
Though information is sketchy, Soujasen is said to have sodomised a driver, (name withheld) who has been threatened not to report the indecent act.

This is the another case where the driver’s crime was defaulting on payments. But the manner in which he is addressing the issue shows one who is used to harming locals and getting away with it.

I am a man with solid character credentials. I am alive to the effect of the false and malicious communication to my character and reputation which I have built over the years on the back of hard work and great sacrifice.
