Kindly highlight the issue of Kenyans in South Sudan being sent by the embassy to download the forms online then fill it. You only go to the embassy to take the photo for the huduma number I thought they are to organize everything ready we only go to fill the forms in the embassy.
Is someone taking advantage of people's ignorance?
The Kenyan embassy in Juba is giving Kenyans hard time yet it is their responsibility to ensure that they have everything at the Emabassy to enable us register for Huduma Namba without much hussle.
I went there to be registered for huduma number, and they sent me back to download the online form, then fill it and take back to them when it is complete. There’s was only to take my photo.
I was shocked because, I thought they provide all the materials mine was only to go with my passport and ID they take my details; why are they giving us this tedious process which requires me to use my money getting the forms yet it is a government thing?

We’ve highlighted many instances where people have been charged to be registered for Huduma Namba.
Cabinet Secretary for Interior Fred Matiang’i when asked why, he said the government is aware that sometimes the Huduma Registration Centres run out of papers and shamelessly asked Kenyans to be downloading the forms and printing them before heading to be registered.
Kenyans have been asked to pay even up to Kshs. 300 to be registered.
This is shameful considering that a useless presidential speech and rigged election ballot papers can reach all sections of the country and won’t be short. Kenya’s embassy in Juba, South Sudan Broke Kenyan Embassies In August 2018, a local media house reported that some embassies in USA, South Korea, Beijing, China, Tokyo Japan, Austria, Switzerland, Russia and Canada, were in deplorable conditions with some having leaking roofs and the ambassadors using outdated vehicles that do not meet diplomatic standards.
Apart from a shortage of staff, those working in some of these embassies suffered salary delays.
In September the same year, Kenyans in Berlin Germany protested poor services at the embassy. The Kenyans complained about slow services, unreasonable demands such as a requirement to travel back home to renew their passports.
Kenyan can do better, but not with Jubilee wankers at the helm.
This corrupt miscreant gang have fucked up every facet of our social, economic and political life.
