Confirming his demise on Monday, February 21st, 2022, Nation Media Group (NMG) journalist James Smart revealed that Mr David Bosire breathed his last at his home located in Molo town, Nakuru County after a long illness said to have afflicted the old man as a result of his son's disappearance. Prior to meeting his maker, Bosire's illness had become so bad to the extent he developed severe memory loss.
