The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission had summoned Barasa to respond to corruption allegations during his tenure at Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (Ketracco) Barasa, who looted a lot of money while at Ketracco was embraced by Raila Odinga's Azimio as he used part of the money to buy an ODM ticket and fund the Raila Odinga campaign up to the tune of Ksh. 1.2 Billion. Sources close to the EACC have confirmed to the editor of this site that the commission tried to investigate his cases but the handshake government blocked...
