We write this as a group of Doctors (Registrars) who have been working in KNH but the CEO decided to terminate our contracts with no fair or genuine grounds.
Kindly help us reach the president-elect with this message.
On several occasions, we had complained to the management about our terms of service and even the general mismanagement of the hospital. This was due to the inhumane and unprofessional way the hospital CEO has been running the Institution. At some point, 2 of our colleagues committed suicide after they raised concerns about the increased mortality and unsafe conditions with which the clinicians were exposed to in the hospital.
The management ignored them.
It is sad to note that KNH has registered the highest mortality rate ever since we joined the hospital. These are the issues which made us call for demonstrations last time. Some of the deaths were caused by negligence by the hospital management. As a result of the demonstrations, and requests to the management to make our working conditions better, the CEO terminated our contracts. We are now jobless and in very pathetic situations. Some of our colleagues are severely undergoing depression. Eliminate KNH Cartels We first take this opportunity to congratulate the president elect William Ruto. Secondly, we are pleased to have heard him talk of eliminating cartels in the country. If there is any serious mess the president has to deal with, it has to be KNH and the ministry of health. Dr Evanson Kamuri is the worst leader our country has ever had. He converted the hospital into his home. He has more than ten women in the hospital he sleeps with: including his three (3) official wives, some baby mamas and some few clandes (some wives to his juniors). He listens to no one and has brought the highest levels of impunity in the hospital.
KEMSA Covid-19 consumables were smuggled through KNH. We have evidence and are ready to show, testify and show who were involved. He demands to sleep with some of the junior doctors for their contracts to be renewed. We even know how he and other senior officials from the ministry including CS Kagwe and PS Mochache have been 'eating' KEMSA all along with the help of the former CEO. He has been the untouchable one enjoying protection from some politicians including Sabina Chege and Kanini Kega.

COVID-19 Donations were stolen by Kamuri and friends. Lately they stage managed some theft in the pharmacies and drugs estimated Kshs. 15 Million were stolen. We will tell how they were stolen using a black prado at night. They have harassed our colleagues in pharmacy just as a cover up.
Mr. President, KNH is made for the hustlers. Kamuri converted it into his personal property. He changed the leadership of the HR department and now micro manages it to employ his girlfriends. He demoted the senior most and experienced HR bosses. We are told by our friends in the management how some of the projects he was managing have now stalled including the hospital being constructed near the KBS bus stop. Rumours have it that EACC are also tracking his plan to pay Kshs. 100Million for insurance that never existed. We have also obtained details of the officers who have been covering him up at EACC and DCI. May God protect us.
