I seek help from the driver. He dismisses me saying "he doesn't know mambo ya seat-belt" I insist but then he chooses to ignore me. I wonder how many other passengers in the bus and in other Guardian Angel buses are forced to travel without belting up because the safety belts aren't just maintained/serviced. A bus that claims to be your guardian angel has one arrogant driver, no co-driver, no customer care no; and the most surprising thing - it's Twitter Account is locked which stops you from lodging complaints directly to them. In Nakuru, I tried speaking to the driver again but it appears it's their policy to disrespect clients .
