Second time was a warning for continued mistreatment of employess and replacing them with those from Uganda. Does Kenya have a ministry of foreign affairs? an immigration policy or even law? Doe it have a labour office?

The third and fourth issues are broad but still based on the employee mistreatment. Mariakani Hospital Used Staff As Guarantors For A Loan, Now They Have Been Listed In CRB Mariakani Cottage Hospital management because of lack of funds deceived all staffs to open up account with Barclays Bank so that it gets a loan in return of all staffs salary passing through Barclays. After sometimes Marikana and Barclays salesman reached an MoU of loan scheme. Mariakani Hospital being guarantee and debt collector at the same time.
Yes it was agreed and the staff members got loans. However, now what Mariakani boss is doing is he only submitted this money for less than a year and sat back.
Since 2017, he has paid nil to the bank leading the staffs getting listed to CRB.
I'm in a dilemma n the bank is on my neck. Can't this bank take action to Mariakani?
This is the only concern of each staff. ISSUE FOUR I worked at Mariakani Cottage Hospital in 2013, most of the friends I left behind, went for 6 months of no pay plus a lot of intimidations.
The Ugandan owner, loves intimidating workers.
From 2017 to date most workers were not paid and were forced to leave with no pay.
I have several friends who are in deep debts because of the 8 month non-payment of salaries.
There was a nurse by the name Aligula, a girlfriend to the owner, she frustrated so many workers and made sure, they were sacked without prior notice.
