Please Hide my ID, I'd like to expose a couple of corrupt public service officials at Kitui county Public Service board.
Some officials at the Public service led by the Public service board Secretary Mr. JAPHETH MBITI MUTHENGI Mobile number 0723515620, are doing recruitment of civil servants in crafty, underhand and extremely corrupt ways. recently they employed a number of health Workers including,
Health Records Officers -2 Medical Lab Technologist -2 Nurses- 5 Clinical officers -1 Pharmaceutical Technologists -6 Public Health Officers -4
After each one of them paid between 200,000/- and 300,000/- to him through his proxies including a Mr. Alfred Muthoka,a clinical officer with the Kitui County government, whom he recently awarded with a high post in the Ministry of lands.
None of these Vacancies were advertised by the Public service as required by the law. The recruitment was done in secret,by just submission of names, without interviews or submission of the required papers.
Each one of the newly appointed health workers Paid not less than 200,000 ksh before being handed the Appointment letter. All these employees received their posting orders on 3rd May 2019 (Attached).
This is Immoral and against The law, many people who are qualified don't stand a chance of getting employed by the KITUI COUNTY GOVERNMENT because of a few corrupt public service officials who milk huge amounts of money from already poor kenyans.
He collects the monies through proxies within the respective ministries and junior public service board employees,who also help in doctoring the documentation to enable the names go through to HR without suspicion. please expose. nyakundireport.com says Hello Ngilu,

It is dangerous to hire medical personnel this way.
It is illegal to not follow the right procedures too.
