A battle over land pitting two entities named after Visa Oshwal is in the courts.
It is the first time this has been stated in public.
The Oshwal Community wants to kick out Visa Oshwal Primary School located in Parklands from their land.
According to a source, the Oshwal Community claims ownership of the school and land.
This has forced the school to end out distress signals looking for well-wishers to help it fundraise money to pay a lawyer to aid in the court case.

He added, “I’m speaking from experience as I was a student at the school back then, more than a decade later the school is faced with the same problem.
