School kids from Lycabee stand outside in the cold courtesy of an order from the chief
The administrator of Lycabee Daycare School is having it rough, thanks to the area Chief Minika Otieno
"The area Chief called Minika Otieno has taken upon herself to frustrate and harass the children and school administrators. This morning she has ordered the children to be locked out", wrote the source.
The day care which is located in Buru Buru Phase 1 takes care of special children and normal ones.
In order to hide her illegal works, she gives the orders verbally and she has refused to write any letter to that effect when asked.
"Cyprian what happened to the Goverment directive that all children should report to school? What happens the Child’s right enshrined in the constitution? What is the interest and motive of of the Chief who is going against government directives? The poor kids are now outside while the chief’s children are in school", the source concluded.
