The above named officer has visited untold suffering upon the business people of moyale town.
The officer has become a law unto himself where he is the judge, juror and executioner. He is an officer who can be hired for a few coins to scare other businessmen out of trade.
He is unfit to put on the police crown.
He is seriously unfit to serve the people he scares in the town. Let it be known to him that we have credible information that we wont be scared to share with DCI Director George Kinoti, if he fails to curb his greed, unprofessional act and arm-twisting business owners. We are tired.
