Out of the many phantom projects launched by Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu, a common denominator in the equation is one briefcase construction company called Publi Craft Kenya Limited. If it wasn’t the fact that EACC officials are easily bribed to turn a blind eye on corruption save now that they’re engaged in publicity stunts, Kenyans would realise that the real estate “boom” is fake because its just that our taxes have been diverted to build flats and create a cosmetic semblance of a booming industry.
