African Resort International CEO Ainsley Duncombe
Good Morning,
I recently attended a presentation on a holiday concept at the above company in Westlands in a building called Western Heights on the 9th floor.
We were shown a video thereafter we were seated with a guy to convince us to buy a fraction of a villa in a hotel in Watamu called the ONE. When we started questioning the credibility and ownership of what we were being convinced to buy, the CEO of the company got agitated and thought I couldn't afford.
As an investor, I decided to do some due diligence on the property only to find out that the property is not owned by African Resort International but one Renzo Quaciri who is a serial investor in the hospitality industry.
To make the matters worse, I attended an expo at Sarit Centre where The ONE hotel had a table as an exhibitor and to my shock they didn't know anything like African Resort International at all when I inquired from them.
This could be another TIMESHARE scam that will milk Kenyans of their hard earned money. Let them come out clearly and be ready to show copies of titles of the properties or sublease if any but not putting pressure on Kenyans to buy what you can not or haven't seen.
Kindly do more research on their CEO called Ainsley Duncombe who to me looks like an international conman.
Funnily enough, their employee who invited me has been fired since I told them that I will expose them.
