Below are documents illustrating the abuse of dominance by safaricom through zindua cafe.
TLO law firm found that the contract by zindua cafe to be lethal to the future innovator (youth) in Kenya. And we forwarded the matter to be analysed and investigated on the unfair, unilateral contract that safaricom's zindua cafe is using to get ideas from smart and hard-working youth.
Just wanted to air out this matter to the fellow university students and the youth who are passionate about innovation. Without such contracts being invalidated by the Competition Authority of Kenya, it may lead to a catastrophic hit to the Kenyan Innovator in every industrial sector.
With such contracts in the UK, it would be invalidated immediately upon receipt of such elements mentioned in the letter to CAK. Letter explains why the zindua cafe terms and conditions should be invalidated as per the constitution.
