CS Matiang'i, former Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnett and Public Works PS) Gordon Kihalangwa were found guilty of contempt of court in the case of political activist Miguna Miguna. The court ordered that Sh200,000 should be deducted from their 2018 April salaried but in documents presented to court showed that the amount was never slashed from their salaries.
