Miguna, a lawyer who is based in Canada following forcefully removal from Kenya in 2018, after his stance against injustice, gave an example of France where the former president François Hollande was caught on film answering a call from a prostitute and the photographer wasn't arrested. "Six years ago, French President François Hollande was photographed perched on a motorcycle as he went for a "booty call" in Paris. The photographer made millions of dollars on his PRIZED IMAGE which trended all over the world. No arrests or trumped-up charges", he continued, then added, " If you don't want to be photographed or videotaped in compromising situations, stay at home, zip up and obey all the laws that other citizens obey. No one is above the law. Kenyans are forced to pay billions annually for your security. Patriots: take more images!" The lawyer appearing for the duo have asked for statements from president Uhuru and former Prime Minister Raila so as to know if 'indeed they captured them, at this time of the night'.
