Michael Kagika The pension department based at Bima House Harambe Avenue has not been kind to pensioners. Retirees accuse the agency of neglecting them. "Morning Cyprian, please highlight intimidation going on at Treasury, Pensions department located at Bima House, under the eyes of it's director Michael Kagika. They closed the office more than two months now due to corona and advised people to seek their services through calls and social media pages. Unfortunately they neither pick calls or answer to messages", a pensioner said Civil servants are the laziest lot, but not when it comes to looting. Many jokes have been made about their work ethics, where one reports to the office, hangs their jacket on the chair and leaves. The poor work ethic contributes to get rich schemes like looting through overpriced tenders, lame seminars and trips just to fleece the govt. All these is done at the expense of working for the citizens; the taxpayers. But foreigners are given first class service. "Can this government of the day civil servants stop treating fellow Kenyans as foreigners in their own country?", the pensioner asks
