I was a team leader at hotpoint appliances and I worked for hotpoint for six years, I was surprised as the new HR terminated me from work since we participated in a Merry go round ( chama).
Anyone who sent money via Mpesa lost their job just like that and we were called thieves while no case was reported and yet had no evidence.
I regret working for hotpoint upto to date and it really wasted my career.
Till now, hotpoint is still mistreating its staffers in the name of a Job.
