DISGRACE AT HOTPOINT APPLIANCES LTD

Hey Cyprian, This is with regards to Hotpoint Appliances Ltd. You know, I saw the blog yesterday and im not surprised at all. I was personally terminated when I was 8months pregnant, a cause that till today im totally confused. They swept out like 35 employees in one time. As much as the new HR is arrogant, mean, tribalistic and super unprofessional, I would also blame the entire management, the family directors, etc. They stood still, watched as unfair judgements were being made, they have supported this one man without listening to staff woes. They also have a hand in this. Hotpoint was once a super company to work in but not anymore. These mistreatments have led to so much negativity out there and it's very unfortunate they are not moved or dont seem to. The new HR, Mr.Kiilu has gone a notch higher to tint ex-staff names when they get new opportunities and for what course? One ex-employee was even called to give out names of the people suing the company or else his reputation would be tinted. This is totally unfortunate for a big name like Hotpoint. My termination took me back financially as I had to foot my pregnancy bills since there was no medical cover anymore, I had to change hospitals to a more affordable one, I got complications due to the abrupt stress and cannot help but have a heavy heart at the mention of the company. All in all, I thank God that my son was born healthy. Hotpoint is just a total disappointment as of now and I hope these blogs give them a wake-up call!! Feel free to put this out there as well.
