However, Burale advises that acceptance is an inside job, and people should not rely on external validation to feel good about themselves.
He notes that people may like a post on social media because they relate to it, but that does not necessarily mean they like the person.
Ultimately, Burale advises people to live their lives regardless of what others think, as people will always find fault in whatever one does.
