On June 6, 2020, President Uhuru Kenyatta announced the extension of the dusk to dawn curfew and cessation of movement from Nairobi by another 30 days.
The decision was made in a bid to contain the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
According to the President, the measures will remain in place until further notice.
Residents of Nairobi are advised to adhere to the new guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus.
