Size 8, a renowned gospel artiste, has shared her personal struggles with depression in a candid interview. The artiste, who has been saved for over 8 years, revealed that she experienced depression during her secular music days despite her fame and financial success.

Speaking on a YouTube video, Size 8 shared her story, stating that she would often feel pressure to perform and be liked by others. She recalled how she would tailor-make her costumes to resemble those of her role models, Beyonce and Wahu, and how she would constantly send emails to Caroline Mutoko's show to get her song played.

Size 8 also revealed that she would often drink alone in bars and struggle with relationships. She stated that she never had real friends and felt under pressure to perform, which led to her depression. However, she found solace in her faith and eventually gave her life to Christ.

Today, Size 8 is happily married to DJ Mo and has found peace and happiness in her life. Her story serves as a reminder that even those who appear to have it all can struggle with mental health issues and the importance of seeking help and support.
