As I reflect on my journey of faith and my knowledge of the Rules of Golf, I am reminded of the Johnnie Walker slogan 'Keep Walking.' This phrase has become a mantra for me, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic when things are not as fast-paced as they normally are.

My journey of learning the Rules of Golf began with a recent article I wrote about a golf ball that ended up in a bird's nest. I received an email from a friend at The R&A, the governing body of golf, which clarified that a bird's nest is considered Ground Under Repair (GUR) according to the Rules of Golf. This means that a player would be entitled to relief if their ball lands in a bird's nest.

My friend, Daniel Sommerville from The R&A, explained that the Rules of Golf do not require the nest to be in use for it to qualify as GUR. This was a valuable lesson for me, and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow.

As I continue on my journey of learning the Rules of Golf, I am reminded of the importance of continuous learning and improvement. The Rules of Golf are complex and require careful consideration of different scenarios. However, with the help of resources such as the 'Rules of Golf' application from The R&A, golfers can deepen their knowledge and improve their game.

As I keep walking on my journey of faith and my knowledge of the Rules of Golf, I urge all golfers to read up on the Rules of Golf and to download the 'Rules of Golf' application from The R&A. Let us keep learning and improving together.
