Two GSU Officers Arrested for Trafficking Bhang in Isiolo County

On Sunday, a multi-agency special operation team in Archer's Post, Isiolo County, intercepted two vehicles suspected of trafficking bhang. The operation, which took place at the Gorti-Merti Junction, resulted in the seizure of 124 bales of bhang weighing a total of 600 kilograms.

Among the suspects arrested were Police Constable Patrick Kinyua, who was driving a GSU truck, and Sergeant Shariff Mohammed. Both officers are attached to the Mariera Camp in Igembe Central. They were arrested alongside other civilians who were also found to be trafficking bhang in a black Toyota Prado.
