This archive report was first published on 23 May 2020.

As of May 23, 2020, it has been over two months since Kenya's first COVID-19 case was reported. The initial government restrictions, including a stay-at-home order, were put in place to mitigate the spread of the virus.

However, according to recent observations, the order for people to stay at home is now largely ignored. The video above, published on YouTube, captures the scene of people going about their daily lives as if the restrictions never existed.
