On December 15th, 2019, at 11 am, Kate Actress gave birth to her baby girl, Karla Njeri Karanja, in a dramatic and painful labour experience.
According to Kate, her husband Phil Karanja had colluded with doctors not to induce her labour, despite her wanting an epidural to ease the pain.
Sharing her story on her YouTube channel, Kate revealed that she had been feeling funny the night before and had gone to bed, only to wake up at 4 am to find her water had broken.
'I woke Phil up and told him babe the baby is coming,' Kate said, adding that she then called her best friend, Faith, who arrived within 10 minutes.
Despite being in no pain at first, Kate's labour quickly progressed, and she was left in excruciating pain. She claimed that the doctors had colluded with her husband not to administer an epidural, speeding up her labour instead.
One of the most shocking moments of Kate's labour experience was when she bit her husband in the face as he tried to calm her down with movie-style moves.
After a long and painful labour, Kate finally gave birth to her baby girl, whom she named Karla Njeri Karanja.
