Published on May 23, 2020, by The Standard, couples therapist Melissa Ferrari shares warning signs that your partner may be cheating on you.

One of the key signs to look out for is a change in your partner's behavior when it comes to their mobile phone. According to Ferrari, if your partner starts putting their phone face down, it could be a possible red flag.

'A phone that is suddenly placed facedown after being years with someone would be a possible red flag,' Ferrari said in an interview with Whimn.

Other signs include your partner being more distracted than usual or less interested in you, which could mean their mind is elsewhere. Ferrari also warns that a sudden start in wanting more sex could be a sign of infidelity.

She advises people to trust their intuition and not be afraid to snoop through their partner's phone to see if they can find any incriminating evidence.

According to Ashley Madison, 56% of cheaters use their mobile phone when contacting other partners, and 82% admit to carrying their phone around with them at all times to avoid being caught.
