Published on May 23, 2020, the Belarusian Premier League is the only significant division in European football to still be going ahead with their fixtures, with Slutsk leading the table after winning three of their five fixtures.

Slutsk's lead is precarious, however, and they can be overtaken this weekend if Gorodeya secure a win.

Smolevichy-STI, on the other hand, are looking to get their first win of the campaign when they host Dinamo Minsk on Friday evening.

A win for Smolevichy-STI would increase the pressure on Shakhtyor ahead of their trip to Dinamo Brest on Saturday evening.

Meanwhile, Gorodeya face a tough test as they aim to end the weekend at the top of the league, with a win away from home against BATE required to leapfrog Slutsk.

Smolevichy-STI, meanwhile, will be hoping to avoid a defeat against Dinamo Minsk, which would see them drop further into the drop zone.

Two teams towards the bottom of the table will be hoping to get the win that they need to pull themselves further away from the drop zone.

Smolevichy-STI will begin the weekend in the drop-zone as they are yet to win this season, while Dinamo Minsk have won two of their five fixtures so far this season.

However, a defeat this weekend could see them looking nervously over their shoulders.

Finally, the closing game from this round of fixtures will see two evenly matched sides going head to head, with the winners from the clash leaping-frogging their way into the top half of the table.
