On a fateful Easter holiday, Val's mother invited her and her husband to a family gathering in upcountry. The couple arrived in the afternoon, and as they mingled with the other guests, Val lost sight of her husband. She tried calling him, but he was nowhere to be found.
Concerned, Val searched the house, only to stumble upon a shocking scene in her mother's bedroom. Her mother and husband were caught in a compromising position, with her mother making explicit comments about wanting to have sex with her husband.
Val was horrified and immediately called her brother, who suggested seeking the help of Doctor Mugwenu, a traditional herbalist known for his spell-casting powers. The doctor was called, and in less than a minute, he cast a locking spell that stuck Val's mother and husband together.
