On May 22, 2020, Kenya's Health Cabinet Secretary, Mutahi Kagwe, provided an update on the country's COVID-19 recovery rate.

According to CS Kagwe, a total of 380 people have recovered from the virus, with 5 additional patients being discharged from hospitals.

CS Kagwe's statement was made in a video shared on YouTube.
