On May 21, 2020, M-zawadi unveiled a groundbreaking innovation in the loyalty programs industry, introducing the first fully digitized loyalty reward scheme in Kenya.
The revamped loyalty program boasts a fully automated cash back platform, allowing brands to directly return money to clients' pockets through mobile money services.
With the cash back provision, clients can utilize their rewards for shopping or purchasing products anywhere in the country.
The manufacturer's coupon service eliminates the need for paper coupons, middlemen, and other major promotional costs, providing client data tracking by brands.
According to M-zawadi CEO Naftal Nyabuto, the two innovations will significantly reduce client dollar spend and transform the route to market for manufacturers.
“We wanted to change how promotions and brands create incentives, reward clients, and engage them,” Nyabuto said during the online launch of the product.
