On a typical Wednesday morning, many of us head to the supermarket to stock up on essentials. But for one woman, this mundane task had become a source of frustration.
Her boyfriend, despite his best intentions, would often return with the wrong items or struggle to find what she needed. So, she decided to take matters into her own hands and create a foolproof list.
Steff, a TikTok user, shared a video of her ingenious solution, which has since gone viral. The list, meticulously prepared, included the names of products, photos, quantities, and descriptions. It even had a section for 'general advice,' offering alternative products if the specific one wasn't available.
But what's more, Steff also listed the items in order of where they were found in their local supermarket, making the entire process fuss-free. The video has been viewed almost two million times and racked up 286,000 likes, with many women saying they can relate.
Some viewers, however, couldn't understand why Steff needed to write her boyfriend a list like this, with one person saying, 'This is so sad, girl... He's not three. He needs to figure it out.' But for Steff, it was a necessary step to avoid a series of phone calls while her boyfriend was out shopping.
With the video's success, the couple has planned to make a part two. And for those who can relate, Steff's list has become a beacon of hope in the world of grocery shopping.
