On May 16, 2020, French intelligence agents successfully tracked down Rwanda genocide suspect Felicien Kabuga to an apartment in a Paris suburb.
According to reports, the agents had been monitoring the children of Kabuga, who is wanted for his alleged role in the 1994 Rwandan genocide, in order to locate their father.
After years of evading capture, Kabuga was finally apprehended and appeared in court, marking a significant milestone in the pursuit of justice for the victims of the genocide.
